Make a lasting difference in the lives of care experienced young people

What you'll do:

Support young people at risk of homelessness, responding promptly to urgent housing needs. Collaborate with housing providers, landlords, and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to identify suitable housing pathways. Provide ongoing tenancy-related support to help young people sustain their accommodation and build independence. Ensure benefits and financial entitlements are in place from age 18 and maintained to prevent tenancy breakdown. Challenge barriers to services, poor practice, discrimination, and social injustice.
