We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Trainer to join our team, to improve the knowledge and skills of our colleagues in our Housing Management division. You will do this by supporting in the creation and delivery of exciting and interesting training to new and existing staff. This training will range from a comprehensive induction for new starters to upskilling existing staff on new ways of working and across multi channels. We are looking for a passionate candidate to deliver an all-inclusive and holistic Housing Management Training package covering systems, technical process, and soft skills.

You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to identify gaps in knowledge and respond delivery training that meets the needs of our colleagues.

In this role you will regularly review and improve training materials for classroom and online delivery. The creation of reference guides will also fall under the remit of this role.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to deliver technical training. Proven verbal and written communications skills and the ability to develop and influence relationships in a one-to-one or classroom environment, and where needed through online delivery is vital.

If you are invited to Interview you will be asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on \xe2\x80\x98ideas to keep training clear, informative, engaging and up to date\xe2\x80\x99 and a 10 minute \xe2\x80\x98micro teach lesson to include your lesson plan on any subject of your choice\xe2\x80\x99. You can include: a video presentation or PowerPoint.

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
