We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with guests and staff. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between locations. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
