We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

HQ Experience Executive

to join our brilliant People Experience team.



In this role, you will provide essential administrative and front-of-house support, helping us deliver seamless events and visits at our state-of-the-art campus in Silverstone.###

Key Responsibilities





Deliver efficient administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and guest communications Provide a professional front-of-house presence during events and visits, ensuring every guest receives a premium welcome Support pre-event communications and manage invitations, ticketing, and attendee data using our event management system Own and maintain accurate guest lists for events in our Brand Experience Centre Support administration for all HQ Experiences, from partners and VIPs to employees and visitors Raise purchase orders, track budgets, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date Drive guest feedback processes and contribute ideas to enhance the experience. Conduct competitor and industry research to identify best practices in hospitality and events Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and supporting smooth operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Proven experience in administration, hospitality, or events Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming manner Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with event management systems (e.g., Cvent) is a plus Financial awareness and experience with purchase orders and budget tracking are advantageous Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player who thrives under pressure Enthusiastic, versatile, and confident in decision-making
