As we continue to expand, we're looking for an organised and proactive HR & Health & Safety Administrator to support and ensure our team operates safely and efficiently
Duties
Support the HR Manager with contracts, onboarding, and employee records
Help with recruitment and interview coordination
Maintain staff databases and holiday records
Collect timesheets and assist with payroll checks
Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Handle confidential employee information professionally
Support new starter health & safety inductions
Keep H&S policies, training, and risk assessments up to date
Help ensure workplace safety standards are met
Requirements
Experience in HR, admin, or health & safety (preferred, but training can be provided)
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and get involved across different areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
