This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with relevant experience in HR or Recruitment looking to join a small, friendly, and supportive team based at our main office in Telford.
You will collaborate closely with management and the service delivery team, leveraging your expertise to maintain effective operational procedures.
Success in this role will require you to be a proactive individual who is flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. If you have a passion for people and enjoy the variety of a generalist HR role, we'd love to hear from you.
To start, we are offering a part-time, on-site position for up to 25-30 hours per week, preferably spread across 3 to 5 days. The salary will be pro-rated according to contracted hours.
There is potential for this role to become full-time in the future, and as such, we are open to job share arrangements.

What you will be doing
Assist with recruitment activities, including onboarding and induction, to provide a seamless experience for prospective and new employees.
Actively support employee relations processes by coordinating investigations and contributing to initiatives that enhance wellbeing, helping to foster a respectful and supportive work environment.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Provide administrative and office support, including first line assistance for organisational policy queries.
Schedule and coordinate Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings, distribute agendas, and review minutes for accuracy and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Provide support with general payroll tasks and assist with HR-related data processing, compliance and reporting.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and staff events, promoting a team-oriented ethos and effective communication across departments.
The ideal candidate will be
Educated to GCSE, NVQ/BTEC or equivalent level
CIPD level 3 qualification, or working towards achieving
Have previous administrative experience (2+ years) in?a similar role.
A strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and practical attitude, with the willingness to take the?initiative.
Good customers services and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook, experience with a HR Information System would be advantageous.
