The HR Admin officer plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of human resources and admin across Leeway, while following Leeway's Polices & Procedures. The role ensures the accurate handling of employee records, recruitment administration and day-to-day HR processes, The postholder will provide support across the employee lifecycle
Essential requirements:
Relevant qualification / experience of Human Resources administrative work in an office for a business or charity.
Experience of maintaining administrative systems
Experience of minute taking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to deal with matters of a highly confidential nature with sensitivity and discretion
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Outlook)
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Good organisational skills
Proactive / Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines
Reliable, enthusiastic, nonjudgmental and understanding
Full UK driving license and ability to travel
Awareness of Data Protection
