The Role?





Due to continued group growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis, based in our Aberdeen office.


A real Generalist environment you will maintain the HRMS and administer documentation to support every aspect of the employee lifecycle such as Recruitment & Selection, Absence Management, Benefits & Rewards, Administering Payroll, Training & Competence, supporting the Discipline and Grievance processes and more!




The successful candidate will have proven administration experience within an HR Team, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will hold excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to be discrete and professional and trusted with sensitive information.
