Senior HR Administrator
Location: East Croydon & Hybrid!

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People Administration & Benefits Manager while enhancing the employee lifecycle experience for approximately 7,500 employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise and Collaborate: Assist the People Administration & Benefits Manager with various projects, ensuring smooth operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Data Processing Expertise: Manage the data processing for payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance for two payroll deadlines every four weeks.
  • Pension Management: Monitor and manage pension portals and the Oracle database, ensuring relevant information is uploaded and distributed appropriately.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with Contractual Benefits, Pension scheme rules, and GDPR. Your attention to detail will be crucial!
  • Effective Communication: Be the go-to person for colleagues across the business regarding Pension & Benefits, providing timely updates and professional responses.
  • Training and Guidance: Share your knowledge by providing training to People Administrators and other stakeholders on Pension & Benefit policies and procedures.
  • Innovative Solutions: Contribute to process improvements by actively participating in reviews and offering creative solutions to streamline operations.
What You Bring:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a professional certification (e.g., CIPD, CIPP) is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of data protection and benefits compliance regulations, including GDPR.
  • Knowledge of pension schemes, employee benefits, and regulatory legislation.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and improvement strategies.
