The role:
We have a great opportunity for a school/college leaver to join our global HR team based in our Head Office in Salford as a HR Administrator. This is an apprenticeship programme for 18 months studying a CIPD Level 3 qualification in HR Support and upon successful completion of Level 3, we can support you to continue your studies and aim for CIPD Level 4. In this role you will:Checking right to work documents and taking reference on new employees
Drafting, amending and sending contracts of employment
Sending correspondence to employees of any job role changes
Off boarding employees on the HR system
Keeping an accurate HR CRM system
Providing adhoc reports for the Senior HR Business Partners
Being the main point of contact for any HR admin related queries from the 2000 + workforce
Working closely with key stakeholders across the group including the Director of Talent
Supporting the new starter induction days

In order to apply you must have GCSE grade level 4 and above in Maths and English. You will need to have a strong desire to start a career in HR, be able to work 40 hours a week (your study time is included in this) and be able to get to our office in Salford with ease.
