Purpose of the Role
To provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the business remains compliant, well-organised, and employee-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Advertise job vacancies and support the hiring process
Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates
Produce offer letters and employment contracts
Coordinate new starter paperwork and onboarding schedules
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, digital files, and HR databases
Support the induction process for new employees
Handle general HR correspondence, including reference requests
Monitor probation periods and contract renewals
Assist with absence tracking, annual leave, and timesheet queries
Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required
Employee Support
Be a first point of contact for HR-related queries
Support with organising training sessions and maintaining training records
Help ensure company policies are up to date and communicated properly
Compliance & Processes
Ensure GDPR compliance in all HR record keeping
Support Health & Safety admin duties where needed
Assist with HR audits, reporting, and general process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,420.00-31,730.00 per year
