The Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience to support a busy HR function in a hands-on, operational environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Manage

, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR processes and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting recruitment: issuing job offers and contracts, onboarding, and conducting inductions
Managing absence processes: return-to-work documentation, sickness letters, reviews, and note-taking
Maintaining accurate records: filing, archiving, data entry, and cleansing (manual and digital)
Carrying out general HR administration duties
Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis
Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc HR projects
Supporting with elements of grievance, disciplinary, and investigation processes as required
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a human resources environment - desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday 30 hours per week (Working hours can be discussed)
Salary:
27,500 per annum (FTE) - pro-rated to 22,000 for 30 hours per week
