We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role will provide essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintaining accurate HR records and personnel files, including ensuring that the school's Single Central Register is accurate and up to date at all times Coordinating the recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding new staff members, completing pre-employment checks and paperwork, and managing induction processes. Managing the HR Team inbox, responding to queries from staff. Administering HR policies and procedures. Supporting payroll preparation and pension administration. Assisting with safeguarding checks and compliance.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department (desirable) Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with sensitive information discreetly. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, prioritise their workload and consistently meet deadlines. Experience within an educational setting is a bonus, but not essential.
