We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong HR administrative background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of HR processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Maintain accurate employee records (starters, leavers, changes, absences, etc.).
Support with recruitment admin: posting job ads, screening CVs, interview scheduling.
Process HR documentation, including changes to terms, probation reviews, and references.
Assist with preparing payroll data and maintaining HR systems.
Support managers and employees with routine HR queries.
Help maintain compliance with employment law and internal policies.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g. Moorepay, SAP, Workday etc.).
CIPD Level 3 or working towards it.
