Responsibilities
Manage and update HRIS systems platforms to ensure accurate employee data.
Assist with onboarding processes, including data entry and document management for new hires.
Support recruitment activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to employee records, leave management, and benefits administration.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment law.
Assist in the organisation of training sessions and workshops as required.
Requirements
Experience with HRIS platforms.
Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across teams.
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
