Our client in Bishops Stortford is looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR Team.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, professional and hard working administrator who is willing to help out in all areas of the large office.

Hours of work:
Full time: 08:30-16:00 Monday to Friday

Main Duties:

Assists with the management of the recruitment and hiring process, including the preparation and evaluation of job descriptions, posting vacancy advertisements. Proactive management of the recruitment process. Working with the HR Officer to ensure all offer letters and new starter documentation is accurate, sent out to new joiners and tracked. Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a positive employee experience. Ensure reference checks are completed for all new employees. Provide support and guidance to Managers to ensure effective management of disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring these are escalated to the Group HR & Payroll Manager if necessary. Providing support to the Payroll Administrators as and when required, including checking of monthly payroll data. HR Projects as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role Exceptional relationship building skills supported by strong interpersonal skills Ability to work unsupervised with a commercial approach Computer literate
