Are you passionate about HR administration and looking for a new opportunity? At eXPD8, we're currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our high-performing team and support our HR department in delivering a comprehensive and confidential HR administration service to over 3,000 colleagues across the UK.

About the role:

This is a hybrid role, so you'll be based in our Bristol Head Office for 3 days a week with the opportunity to work at home for the rest of the week.

What will you do?

You'll be a first point of contact for all HR administrative matters, dealing with queries from colleagues, managers and third parties.



In line with our SLAs, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, first-time data processing and administration services for key areas of the colleague lifecycle, including new starters, absence, leavers and contract amendments, whilst maintaining up to date and GDPR compliant information on our HRIS.

How you'll deliver excellence:

Administration

First line query resolution. Accurate, timely, and confidential maintenance of employee records and documentation. Reviewing of learning materials to ensure relevance and functionality. Maintain, organise and insert data quickly into multiple excel spreadsheets and systems to a high level. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.

HR Support

Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate more complex issues to HR management. Assist in resolving minor employee relations issues as they arise. Process new starters from start to finish, including data entry on all systems and verifying right to works. Process employee status changes (e.g., promotions, change of position) and ensure relevant paperwork is completed and filed.

Project support/wider duties

Assistance with wider People team projects. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

A proven track record in administration within a high-volume, fast paced environment; experience within a HR/People function is a bonus! Somebody who wants to delight our customers. A drive for continuous improvement. A team player with a flexible attitude. Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly IT literate with proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, especially excel.
