Your Next Role: HR Administrator





This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career to join our friendly Bristol team. As our HR Administrator, you'll be right at the heart of our people operations -- making sure our HR service and wider business run smoothly every day. You'll support everything from recruitment to onboarding, payroll, communications, and events.



You won't be just a cog in a big HR machine -- you'll be part of a close-knit 2-person HR team, working side by side with your HR Advisor to deliver an exceptional experience for our people. No two days will be the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience that sets you up for your future HR career.



This role will be based at our Aztec West clinic, but may occasionally require travel to our other local sites in Clifton and Langford when needed. Once you're established in the role, we may consider a hybrid working pattern, with up to one day per week working from home.



We are ideally looking for someone to join us full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, but we're open to discussing reduced hours, provided you can cover 5 days a week.

What You'll Do




Be the first point of contact for general HR queries and maintain accurate employee records Support recruitment campaigns, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters Help run payroll processes and keep our HR systems (BambooHR) up to date Assist with employee lifecycle admin, including absence, training, appraisals, and compliance Get involved in engagement activities, wellbeing events, and internal comms Work closely with the HR Advisor and wider team to contribute ideas and improvements

Previous experience in an administrative role (HR admin experience is a bonus) Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Great attention to detail and confident communication skills A discreet, approachable nature with the ability to handle confidential information Confidence using Microsoft Office (HRIS experience, like BambooHR, is a plus) A can-do attitude -- you'll be a supportive team player with lots of initiative
