The HR Administrator is a key member of the People Team, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of core HR operations. This role blends strong administrative capability with a light advisory touch supporting employees and managers with everyday queries, maintaining accurate records, and keeping people processes on track.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about people and eager to learn. You'll be at the heart of a busy, friendly HR team, supporting colleagues at every level of the organisation and building relationships across multiple departments. This role is perfect for someone who loves being organised, detailed-orientated, enjoys variety in their day and wants to develop their skills in a supportive environment where no two days are the same!
This is a six-month fixed term contract. The role offers a hybrid and flexible working approach, you are required to attend our Cardiff HQ at least two days per week.
