Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate staff records and quality assurance documentation
Manage recruitment activities, including posting adverts and screening CVs
Conduct background checks and compliance verifications
Assist with annual leave approvals and rota coordination
Collate and analyse staff feedback surveys and exit interviews
Party to our scheduling.
Liaise with
outside agencies
to ensure smooth service delivery
Be part of our On-Call service.
Keep upto date with CQC requirements
Willing to 'jump' out of the field for any type of support
Requirements
Strong
organisational and communication skills
.
IT literacy, including
in-house software's
, and
MS Office
.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
