Job Description

As a HR Administrator you will work within the HR Team to support with training, recruitment, and other HR tasks where appropriate. You will need to be highly organised, possess good oral and written communication skills and can juggle many tasks at once whilst delivering the outcome to a high standard. It is essential to have a can-do attitude and the capacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Full Training will be provided on all systems required within this role.

Job Role Responsibilities

Recruitment - Candidate sourcing, booking interviews, speaking to candidates, liaising with managers, Updating, and checking internal recruitment software. Oversee Bravo Benefits, sending recognition cards and deleting/adding employees. Complete New Starter boxes, ensure new starter welcome sheets are maintained and sent to new starters prior to joining Order Bechtle mugs Be the host for New Starter Sessions in Induction Week Implement policies in the in line with Bechtle UK and Bechtle Group guidelines Work Experience & School engagement administration Oversee Anniversaries at Bechtle including vouchers, gifts & certificates. Complete starter and leaver checklists for all locations Send recognition cards via internal portal for birthdays, anniversaries and occasions Update spreadsheets - to include annual leave taken for payroll, start dates. Chase annual leave booking and ensure Christmas leave is entered onto PeopleHR Keep in touch with New Starters before they start with Bechtle. Organize and coordinate the annual headshot photography session for new starters Right to work checks on induction for new starters Offering HR information to new starters and managers as and when required Location Specific Admin Support Update the org chart monthly

Job Requirements

Self-motivated and hard working. Positive attitude with an upbeat and helpful persona. Ability to build rapport. Strong understanding of confidentiality. Extremely efficient and organized whilst paying attention to detail. Team player but with the ability to work from their own initiative. MS word & MS Excel knowledge would be advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
