We are currently seeking a
HR Administrator
to join us at a very exciting time of growth. You will form part of a very small but friendly team and be regularly exposed to a wide variety of HR related administrational duties.
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrational support to the HR Business Partner and be responsible for collating accurate data for a monthly payroll process for 175 employees.
Duties
To accurately maintain personnel records
To fully support the employee life cycle with all administration tasks
Maintain the time and attendance system, holidays and sickness data as required
Review, collate and report payroll information for the external provider, monthly
Support with HR initiatives, i.e: free fruit, communication updates for events
Provide HR data analysis to HRBP, weekly
Key Attributes/Skills/Knowledge
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, both written & verbal with a good command of the English language
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work towards tight deadlines
A team player with emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels

Remuneration and Working Hours
24,000 per annum
Pension contribution up to 7% after 3 months employment
