HR Manager (Maternity Cover - 10 Months)

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Part-time - 27.5 hours per week
Weekly pay 20k Annual
We're a medium size family-run passive fire protection company looking for a HR Manager to join us on a 1-year maternity cover.
The Role:
-You'll handle all HR functions across the business, including:-Recruiting staff and site operatives
-Onboarding and inductions-Keeping training records up to date-General HR and personnel administration
About You:-Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred (construction background a plus)
-Organised, approachable, and confident managing HR independently
What We Offer:-27.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 9:00 - 15:30)
Hour's negotiable
-Weekly pay-Full Training provided
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: 20,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
