We are looking for an HR Administrator who will be the first point contact for our team members for all HR issues. A successful candidate will need to have strong administration skills with a high level of confidentiality.
Key duties but not exhaustive
Managing recruitment, arranging interviews, sending job offers & new starter packs & contracts of employment.
Overseeing employees Right to Work, DBS and references checks
Ensuring employee records are up to date in accordance with procedures
Be a point of contact for employees and managers with HR related
Overseeing employees' absences and other leave
Liaising with payroll
Liaising with Peninsula to ensure the HR process has been done properly
Organising investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring best practice is followed
Minute taking in meetings
Ensuring all employees and employee records are CQC compliant
Please note that you will need to be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK at interview.
Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
