Don & Low are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team on-site in Forfar.
Hours of work can be negotiated for the right candidate and can be full-time or part-time.
Overview
As a HR Administrator, you will be supporting the HR team with the administration of HR, Payroll and Pensions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly management information (employment/HR statistics)
Assist in the process of ensuring all HR systems (IT and paper based) are kept up to date
Support the HR Manager and wider team as required in terms of HR matters
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
Administering the private medical and the dental membership
Administer various third-party contracts
Administer the company car fleet
What we are looking for:
Excellent administration skills
A good level of numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to specific deadlines
Aptitude and experience of payroll systems
Good level of PC skills, particularly word
Ability to work alone and to use own initiative
Excellent planning and organising skills
Absolute discretion
Excellent communication skills
A helpful and obliging demeanour
