Overview



We are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused role and enjoys variety in their day. Supporting our HR Advisor and Site Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR office and delivering a warm, professional welcome to colleagues and visitors alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILIITES:



Welcoming visitors, colleagues, and customers with professionalism and a smile Managing calls, emails, letters, and deliveries Coordinating meeting rooms, site visits, and catering Maintaining stock of supplies and refreshments General administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and vending machine support

HR SUPPORT:



Supporting onboarding and induction processes Assisting with payroll preparation and document management Updating notice boards, HR trackers, and internal systems (HRIS)

Supporting recruitment, benefits admin (e.g., Specsavers vouchers), and compliance checks (e.g., right to work, driver checks)



Assisting with coordination of Occupational Health appointments Producing reports, raising POs, and helping deliver wellbeing and engagement initiatives

ABOUT YOU:



Friendly, professional, and approachable with great attention to detail Able to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel

KEY SKILLS:



2 years' experience in reception/administration or customer service environment Strong communication and IT skills
