HR Administrator - Glasgow - Up to 27k basic
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the HR team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in Human Resources. Based in the Glasgow office, you'll play a critical role in supporting the team and the business in administering all end-to-end employee lifecycle changes.

Role:
  • Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and records
  • Conduct RTW checks and onboarding compliance, preparing and issuing HR documentation including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and restricted covenants
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
Skills Required:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • CIPD Level 3 (completed or currently studying)
  • Experience working in an international organisation is desirable
