Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations and ensuring efficient management of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation.

Duties



Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Maintain and update employee records in our Starlight System Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions Manage employee data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files, absence tracking, training logs and right-to-work checks. Update and manage our HR databases and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance. Draft contracts, offer letters, probation review notices, and other employment correspondence. Assist with social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations Support recruitment processes including placing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview packs. Manage onboarding of new staff, including reference checks, DBS submissions, induction schedules, and welcome documentation. Coordinate HR compliance for independent panel members and sessional workers. Be the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating issues where needed. Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and appraisal timelines. Support with absence management, training compliance, and maintaining a positive team culture. Assist with coordination of training sessions, CPD logs, and HR events. Prepare reports for HR audits, Ofsted inspections, and internal reviews. Assist with annual salary reviews, staff surveys, and well-being initiatives. Support senior leadership in implementing new HR policies and initiatives.

Requirements



2+ years experience in human resources (HR) or administrative roles Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar systems Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work Knowledge of social media platforms for professional use is advantageous Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Pay: 24,420.00-36,803.40 per year
