HR Administrator

to join our team and help deliver an outstanding employee experience across all areas of HR.

About the Role

As our HR Administrator, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of the HR function - supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration. You'll ensure our people processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant, helping to maintain Riviera's reputation as a great place to work.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience in an HR administration or HR support role. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong understanding of compliance and right-to-work requirements. Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR database systems, along with creativity in Adobe. Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.

Desirable:

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards/willing to work towards). Experience in the agricultural, food production, or seasonal workforce sector. Familiarity with employee relations processes (e.g. disciplinaries, investigations).
