Job Summary:



We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:





To deliver a professional and comprehensive HR service to managers and all colleagues in line with our policies and procedures, always remaining fair and consistent to demonstrate due diligence.


Embed routines and processes across the HR function in line with GDPR.


Develop a culture of learning & Development within our teams and provide coaching on the go to continually improve standards.

Manage projects and work as part of a project team as and when required.


Own the recruitment and leaver processes, end-to-end.

Safety

Customer Focus



Support the annual training plan alongside the HR Advisor; supporting managers and the business in maintaining compliance with relevant Mandatory Training and keeping all relevant data up to date. Complete Occupational Health and EAP referrals as and when required to support the health and wellbeing of employees; Plan and support our Occupational Health Advisor surgery days at site, ensuring all relevant documentation is provided on the day. Ensure effective monitoring of sickness trends and support remedial action in accordance with Company policy; facilitating a proactive approach to absence management ensuring the Company has a consistent approach managing the return to work process. You will be responsible for all recruitment, onboarding and retention of colleagues on site. You will manage and audit all colleague Life Cycle Processes keeping and maintaining up to date Information to enable effective Management KPI's. Support the development of strong communication and feedback channels to all colleagues through a variety of mechanisms to support employee engagement, including the HR Noticeboards, Your Say Forums and Weekly Newsletter etc. Ensure all data on systems and computerised records is accurate and up to date in line with GDPR and provide accurate and timely reports to support the monitoring of HR metrics/KPI's as and when required. Ensure that all relevant documentation is provided to the payroll department in a timely manner e.g., salary changes, amendment forms, new starter/leaver forms Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels; providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice.

In collaboration with the HR Advisor, be responsible for providing a first class, business and people focused operational HR service; providing support, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Work with the Reception team to ensure Customer Service is maintained throughout the working day and peak holiday season. Managing Projects and working as part of a project team as and when required.

Skills/Experience:



Good level of numeracy and general education Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, including word and excel Focused on target completion and proven ability to achieve results Must possess a positive working attitude Ability to work well as part of team and communicate with other workers The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and have a keen eye for detail Excellent planning, prioritising and organizing skills
