HR Administrator

to support our dynamic People team and help us deliver an exceptional employee experience.


About the Role:


As our HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You'll be the go-to person for HR queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across all areas of HR Maintain and update employee records and HR systems Run reports and produce data as needed Coordinate onboarding and induction activities Assist with benefits administration Respond to employee queries and escalate where necessary Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

About You

Previous experience in a HR admin or HR support role is essential Experience using HR systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel

The role is advertised at 40 hours over 5 days however we are open to discussing flexible or part time options although the role will be predominantly office based.
