Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive

HR Administrator

with a strong interest in

Learning & Development (L&D)

to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR. Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, HR administration, and specifically assist with coordinating and enhancing learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain accurate employee records and update data in the HRIS system

Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, communication, and referencing

Conduct right to work (RTW) checks and escalate any concerns appropriately

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and conducting induction sessions

Administer internal role changes and update HRIS and payroll systems promptly

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and manage the HR inbox efficiently

Support benefits administration and assist in promoting employee perks and wellbeing initiatives

Assist payroll department with monthly payroll processing and related administration

Facilitate performance review processes and provide support during employee relations meetings

Coordinate return to work interviews and maintain accurate HR filing systems

Contribute to ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and general administrative support

Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, workshops, and employee development programmes

Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records are accurate and current

Assist with creation, formatting, and distribution of learning materials, training guides, and e-learning content

Liaise with external training providers to book venues and manage event logistics

Track training attendance and collect feedback to assess and enhance learning programmes

Support new starter inductions by facilitating onboarding learning experiences for smooth integration

Collaborate with HR Advisors and managers to identify learning needs and development opportunities

Promote learning and development initiatives internally through communications and campaigns

Assist in rolling out career development initiatives and fostering employee engagement around professional growth

Generate regular reports on L&D activities, participation, and impact for management review

Skills and Attributes



Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities, working to deadlines

Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Experience in Learning & Development is highly desirable

Comfortable working with LMS platforms and HRIS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
