We have an amazing permanent opportunity to join us as our new HR Administrator. In this role, you will play a central role delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers within a fast-paced environment.


Working as part of a small team, this a fantastic chance to broaden your experience, work with a variety of teams across the business, and support our colleagues on a daily basis.


Key accountabilities and responsibilities




Processing salary increases, Management Awards, allowances etc Maintaining NGN & Me (Success Factors) database, ensuring highest standards of completeness and accuracy Answering calls from managers and colleagues providing essential guidance both over the phone and in writing Creating and updating Colleague Personnel Files in accordance with Data Privacy Regulations Handling colleague and Manager queries in a timely and effective manner General HR Administration Examining and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Developing and maintaining various reports, dashboards, and other data visualisations

What we are looking for




Previous administration experience essential Prior HR administration experience is desirable Knowledge and awareness of key HR processes and procedures High level of customer focus with a strong track record in meeting customer needs Ability to respect confidentiality at all times Excellent communication skills both verbally & written Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines Attention to detail and focus on quality is essential System experience (SAP, NGN & Me (Success Factors)) experience would be desirable but not essential.
