We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing various HR functions, maintaining HRIS systems, and supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, administrative experience, and familiarity with HR software platforms such as Arbor, microsoft and google. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records in line with UK GDPR, Data protection Act 2018, and UK Employee Legislation.
Support preparation of employee lifecycle documents.
Complete onboarding processes including right to work checks in accordance with UK Home Office and safer recruitment requirements and, maintain compliant records.
Coordinate recruitment administration including job adverts, contracting applicants, interview scheduling and offer processes to ensure a high quality experience supporting TLA to become a workplace of choice.
Support new starter induction/probation processes, issuing appropriate paperwork to enable line managers to conduct the Academy induction and probation processes.
Manage HR inbox and respond to routine employee queries professionally and confidentiality.
Issue absence forms and data to line managers.
Support processes by preparing documentation and taking notes where required.
Support payroll administration including absence with accurate data and compliance.
Maintaining confidential accurate digital records for all staff using Arbor and Google to maximum effect.
Supporting maintaining the Academy's Single Central record in respect of all staff, volunteers, visitors, and contractors to the school.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role within a human resources environment.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms for recruitment processes.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. This position provides a dynamic environment where organisational skills and HR expertise are valued highly.
