HR Administrator - The Vault Distribution Centre



Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 39 hours

We're looking for a passionate and driven HR Administrator to join our Distribution Centre in Speke.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performance HR team, a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.



What you'll be doing



As a HR Administrator, you will be supporting our HR Business Partner and Team of Advisors with admin support. You will be maintaining accurate records, updating employee files and assisting with new starter contracts.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Providing strong administration support to our HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors Managing the HR email inbox, ensuring enquiries are delt with in a timely fashion Updating employee personal files Ensuring Right to Work documentation are up to date and compliant with legal frameworks. Providing sound advice in HR matters to employees as required. What we're looking for



We're after someone who can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business. You will need to be organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. We are a diverse workforce, so an understanding of, and experience dealing with, different cultures is a must.



You'll need to have:



Strong, demonstratable administration experience is a must! Great time management A working knowledge of Right to Work requirements is highly desired Some experience using HR systems is desired but not essential Ability to multi-task, prioritising your workload Why join B&M?
