Job Description

Grafton Medical Partners are recruiting for an HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to use your strong office administration and organisational skills whilst gaining experience in Human Resources and Primary Care services. You will be joining a friendly and supportive long-established training General Practice in Tooting within an inclusive and flexible environment.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and ideally be able to work from 8am to 3pm.

The Practice opening hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 7pm on Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturday. Shifts will be 6.5 hours per day with an additional 30-minute unpaid lunch break, up to a maximum of 32.5 hours per week.

As an HR Administrator you will be involved in providing administration support relating to recruitment, training, employee relations. etc. Key responsibilities will be including, but not limited to data entry, responding to employee queries, maintaining internal HR systems. Previous HR experience would be beneficial.

You don't need to be HR qualified to apply for this role, but we do look for:



Experience of working with systems and data Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EMIS Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels and third-parties Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be working as part of a very busy team, as you will be the first point of contact for all applicants, you will need to be able to present a welcoming and professional appearance while being able to cope with both verbal and written queries.

The successful applicant will be a proactive team member, who can demonstrate efficient organisational and prioritisation skills, in order to contribute to the smooth operation of the HR processes. They will also possess both, exceptional timekeeping and attendance and have excellent time management skills.

They will be a great team player and also very capable of working alone and using their own initiative. The salary for this position is 27,000.00 per for a full-time equivalent. The salary will be pro-rated for part-timers working less than 37.5 hours per week.
