Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Lawson Practice & Spring Hill Practice. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring that our staff is well-supported in their roles. You will play a key part in maintaining our positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of our practices.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures with effective communication.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that align with best practices.
Collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
