HR Administrator

Part time Hours (Tuesday/Wednesday & Friday - Flexible hours)

14-15p/h

What you will do:

Acting as contact for HR queries for employees - dealing with company policies, procedures, and practices Provide effective and timely employee relations support to the restaurant Conducting disciplinary, grievance or other meetings as required with relevant support Updating HR policies and procedures on a periodic basis to ensure legal compliance and best practice Responsible for all onboarding of new employees - Right to work, NI, Payroll Managing processes e.g. maternity paternity and flexible working, drafting letters and briefing employees on the processes.

Who you will be:

You must have previous generalist HR experience as an HR Assistant or equivalent within a busy fast paced environment. Working within an HR team within a hospitality business is essential. Demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy. Be able to demonstrate managing first line queries in employment policies subject to guidance. Be able to work collaboratively and transparently within a small team, willing to help colleagues during busy times. Possess a proactive, diligent, organised and problem-solving approach to work; Be able to work with a range of people at a variety of levels, able to be empathetic, self-aware and use candour and diplomacy when required with the ability to be assertive and calm under pressure. Be an effective team player with a positive, proactive can-do attitude. Have previous experience of Harri onboarding system would be advantageous. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and related PC packages is essential for this role
