The HR administrator ensures the smooth operation of the HR department through a variety of essential tasks. They will provide administrative support, maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and process employment documentation. As well as handle employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. They will also support payroll processing, organise training sessions, assist with performance appraisals, and help implement HR policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handle all aspects of employee administration, from onboarding to offboarding, while keeping records up-to-date .
HR Policies & Procedures:
Stay informed on HR policies to offer accurate advice and ensure updates are communicated and implemented.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with team members, contribute to meetings, and support team goals.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail:
Ensure precision in all tasks, particularly in managing employee records and data.
HR Systems:
Use HR software efficiently to manage data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
Leadership:
Lead by example, upholding company values of integrity, respect, and professionalism.
Time Management:
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
HR Experience:
Leverage your HR background to improve processes and systems.
Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Inbox Management:
Manage shared HR inboxes, ensuring quick, accurate responses and delegating as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous involvement in payroll & benefits (enrolment processes, eligibility criteria, and employee communications related to benefits)
