We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator(office based) to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HRIS systems, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HRIS systems such and other platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support recruitment processes through data entry, applicant tracking, and coordination of interviews.
Assist with onboarding procedures, including preparing documentation and conducting new employee orientations.
Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Support social media management related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Prepare reports on HR and Training metrics and assist in analysing workforce data for management review.
Coordinate communication between HR and other departments to facilitate smooth information flow.
Provide administrative support for HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
Proven experience with HRIS platforms and MS applications.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Salesforce is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across teams.
Knowledge of social media management tools for employer branding initiatives.
Experience working with human resources functions within a corporate environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
