We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and drive excellence in human resources management. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Duties



Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies. Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations, coaching managers on feedback delivery, and assisting with succession planning efforts. Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards. Assist in developing organization design strategies and process improvements to optimize HR workflows and enhance overall efficiency. Coordinate training & development programs aimed at skill enhancement and leadership growth while supporting strategic planning initiatives for workforce development. Manage compliance with legal requirements related to OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, contracts management, and other HR policies. Support HR program management activities by implementing change management strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications



Proven experience in human resources management or administration with a strong understanding of employment & labor law principles. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies. Supervising experience is preferred; ability to lead projects and influence senior leadership effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational skills with expertise in process improvement and data analysis for HR metrics reporting. Knowledge of benefits administration including health plans, retirement options, and workers' compensation procedures. Familiarity with performance management frameworks and employee evaluation processes. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high ethical standards.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 24,420.00-37,920.26 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
