The Role
As the
HR Operations & Administration Specialist
, you'll ensure smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Partnering with the Head of HR and HRBPs, you'll maintain accurate people data, support payroll and benefits, and deliver HR initiatives that keep the business running efficiently. You'll take ownership of HR administration, reporting, and compliance, directly impacting the effectiveness of the HR function.
Who We're Looking For
Key Essentials
2+ years' HR experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with proficiency in MS Office & HRIS
Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset
Good English language skills
Some payroll administration knowledge is a plus
