Join Apodi's dynamic HR team as an HR Administrator, delivering outsourced HR services to our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Med Tech, Life Sciences, and Bio Tech sectors. We provide a tailored approach to meet their needs and pride ourselves on our first-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare documentation for new starters, changes, and leavers, including offer letters, contracts, reference and right-to-work checks.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage staff changes across HR systems.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and liaise with IT and benefits providers.
Support recruitment administration: post adverts, respond to applicants, schedule interviews.
Provide admin support on staff benefits and handle related queries.
Maintain and update absence systems, address queries on sickness and holidays, and produce absence reports.
Generate reports on staff satisfaction, retention, and exit interviews.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries and provide general HR administrative support.
Whilst the above activities may look similar to what you are currently doing, it will be your pace and accuracy that really makes the difference.
Candidate Profile:
Previous HR administration and customer service experience.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams; comfortable learning new systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills.
Adaptable, methodical, and proactive in problem-solving.
Genuine interest in HR and commitment to high-quality work.
Ultimately the role holder must have a desire to produce high quality work, wow our customers and most of all you must have a good sense of humour!
