Based in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle, Westons Cider is an independent cider-making Company, making premium award-winning cider since 1880.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our HR Team for an HR Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave, for up to 15 months.
As HR Administrator, you will work as part of the HR team to support the HR Business Partners with a variety of HR administration tasks covering the whole employee lifecycle.
Some key duties include;
Provide administrative support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll.
Maintain accurate employee records using our HR system (Cezanne).
Support managers with monitoring and recording absences, annual leave, and other employee data.
Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
For the right candidate, there is also possibility for wider exposure to HR tasks and projects.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience/ qualifications:
Previous experience as an HR Administrator;
Basic knowledge of employment law;
Ability to build good rapport with colleagues across the business;
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
High levels of confidentiality;
Level 3 CIPD qualification is advantageous;
Previous experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is also advantageous.
This is a full time, fixed term role for up to 15 months. Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
