Job Description

We're looking to recruit a HR Administrator, to provide assistance to the HR team and HR related support to the rest of the business. The role is predominantly office-based, with some working from home options available, with 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri hours of work.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:



Provide administrative support to the HR team Accurately maintain employee files and HR systems Provide relevant reports and people related KPI's Respond to or escalate employee and manager queries Support recruitment activity such as advertising, updating trackers, scheduling and assisting with interviews Process starters, leavers and employee changes Provide and obtain reference requests Schedule and prepare relevant documents for formal meetings, assisting as notetaker where necessary Assist with the implementation of HR projects Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives Complete payroll tasks and respond to associated queries Ensure all relevant business activity is GDPR compliant Other administrative duties
