Job Description

As our business grows rapidly (600+ employees soon), the HR team is expanding to meet rising onboarding, compliance, and administrative needs. This role ensures smooth onboarding, robust compliance, and efficient HR support during high growth and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities



Onboarding & Documentation:

Prepare contracts, offer letters, and starter packs; complete Right to Work checks; support probation reviews and leaver processes.

Compliance & Vetting:

Coordinate security vetting (BS7858, NSV), track progress, and maintain secure, audit-ready records.

Systems & Records:

Maintain HRIS, training systems (e.g., iHASCO), and electronic filing in line with GDPR and audit requirements.

Operational Support:

Manage ID badges, access passes, HR communications, and departmental post.

Training Admin:

Monitor mandatory training completion, produce reports, and coordinate training bookings.

Essential Skills & Experience



HR admin experience in medium/large organisations. Knowledge of vetting processes, compliance, and employment documentation. Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and training platforms. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality (GDPR). Experience preparing records for audits and compliance reporting.

Desirable



Experience in high-growth or 500+ employee settings. Knowledge of UK employment law and operational HR tasks. HR project support and experience in regulated industries.
