HR Administrator
to join our HR team at ZSEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, conservation-focused organisation while working towards a recognised HR qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Administer employee changes and leaver processes.
Coordinate training, development, and placement programmes.
Ensure GDPR compliance and support process improvements.
Prepare reports and provide general HR administrative support.
What We're Looking For:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
Driving licence and access to own transport as the role involves working at both parks, Banham Zoo and Africa Alive, Kessingland.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, friendly, and professional approach.
Willingness to learn and work towards a recognised HR qualification.
Desirable:
Experience in administration or customer service.
Interest in HR and ZSEA's mission.
