Working pattern:
25 hours per week worked over 4 or 5 days, flexible working available to be discussed on an individual basis.

HR Administrator
to join our dynamic HR team and play a vital role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across the full spectrum of HR administration, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and compliance. You'll be at the heart of our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes while delivering exceptional service to employees, managers, and external partners.
Working in our supportive and collaborative environment, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of our HR administration. Every day brings variety-- from supporting new starter inductions and coordinating recruitment processes to maintaining our HR systems and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Located at the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation, Brooklands Museum welcomes around 180,000 visitors each year. As part of our passionate team, you'll contribute to maintaining our reputation as one of the UK's most iconic heritage sites while supporting the people who make it all possible.
What you'll be doing:
Managing employee records and HR systems with meticulous attention to detail
Supporting recruitment processes from job posting through to successful onboarding
Coordinating new starter and leaver processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all
Providing payroll support and processing employee data changes
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and data protection requirements
Delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers across the organization
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in HR administration or similar administrative role
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information discretely
Understanding of employment legislation and data protection principles
Customer service focused approach with ability to prioritize in a busy environment
