Job Description

HR ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR (Part time)



Do you have experience of administrative work and using MS Office and HR Database systems?

Do you have experience of working in a fast-paced environment?

Can you provide administrative support to assist with co-ordinating and maintaining employee data entry and recording of and auditable documentation?

Can you focus on providing accurate, legally compliant records and accessible information to support the HR Department?

Are you:



Highly organised, with excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail?

Able to multi task and work effectively whilst managing interruptions and distractions?

Experienced in strong administration and database skills and have an excellent telephone manner?

Focused on achieving results in a timely manner

This is a part time, permanent role.

18 hours per week (across 3 working days)
