Purpose of the role
The primary purpose of the HR Administrator is to support the HR Manager and the HR team in the day to day running of the Department. The role includes administration of all aspects of the HR function. The successful person will be a key member of the team that collaborates and delivers an outstanding HR service that supports the growth of the business and its people.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Update and Maintain all HR databases to ensure all personnel data is recorded and kept accurately and securely
Administration of training records, training matrices and platforms and other support documentation e.g induction paperwork
Administration of appropriate reward, motivation and development interventions
Creation and administration of HR New Starter, Leaver and recruitment activities and paperwork
Administration of all other HR activities as appropriate, such as overtime forms, weekly absence logs, HR notice emails, right to work monitoring and checks etc.
Management of Driving License Information and Registers
Support the HR Advisors in recruitment activities such as preparing interviews, paperwork, reviewing CVs etc
Publish notices and send out communication bulletins to all employees.
General Office Administration to support HR and the Business as required
All other duties as required to support the department and business
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Highly Numerate
Computer Literate and Competent User of Microsoft Packages
Ability to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
General Office Administration Experience
Desirable
Level 3 CIPD Qualification or working towards this is desirable, although consideration will be taken to sponsorship of a CIPD Qualification after successful completion of probation
Full UK Driving License
Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
